Opening mouths

Ive found sharing my opinions to be hard, because i constantly consider the flaws and implications of my opinions, and my inability to communicate my feelings adequately.
- Is it better to keep opinions to ones self, if after consideration, realizing that an opinion is flawed or inadequate, or should one speak freely in any quality they can, at the risk of miscommunication or misrepresenting themself.
-Is it better to keep your mouth shut if the thing you are about to say doesn't feel right, or feels too emotional?

Against better advice

Have you ever disregarded the advice of someone you trust, or done something against the advice of someone who has had similar experience and cautionary tales?
- Is it foolish to disregard the advice of those with your best interest at heart?
- Is it worth experiencing things on your own, despite the physical or emotional cost, or is it better to heed caution and never truly know for yourself?

Talent vs Skill

Some children have talents. Due to life circumstances, or their own lack of initiative, many children do not develop their talents, and must instead develop skills to support themselves in life. Is it more important to develop talents (should you have them) or is it better to abandon talents in favor of income earning skills?
- This question relates to the ideal of income versus happiness. Is happiness in talent more valuable than income through skill? (The two are not explicitly mutually exclusive, but for many individuals they are)

Dreams and Reality

Are dreams worth more than reality? Is it weakness to lose sight of dreams?
- Should we be blamed for not achieving our own dreams, or prioritizing reality over them?
- Are dreams worth more than reality? Is reality worth more than dreams?

Ambition

Ambition seems to be the special drive that separates the successful from the unsuccessful.
Question:

Is it possible to lack ambition? What consequences are there for those who lack ambition?
- Is lack of ambition a plausible reason to reduce the social worth of an individual?
- Can everyone have ambition? What is needed to inspire ambition in someone who has none?
- Do individuals without ambition deserve facilitation? Should the possession of ambition be a deciding factor of social selection?

Excuses

I once saw a motivational graphic that said "the better an excuse, the worse it is."
Question:

Are excuses valid responses to a shortcoming or situation?
- Is there any difference between an excuse and a reasoning?

Question

Is living life more about happiness or making money?
- Is the answer different for persons living above or below the poverty line?
